Yes, we can custom design jewelry to meet your needs. We've created custom jewelry for individuals struggling with specific issues or conditions that needed healing, men, birthing mothers and a variety of other events and needs. Contact us today for a consultation.

I ordered a necklace but, when it arrived, the color didn't match what I saw online. Why is that?
Computer monitors can come close to imitating the true color of the jewelry, but they cannot match the exact nuances of each stone and gem in different lighting conditions. Also, due to the natural formations of the stones we use, no two pieces we create are identical. The jewelry you order may differ slightly from the photo online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your jewelry within 48 hours and we'll refund your money.

I'm concerned about letting my 18 mo. old daughter wear a necklace. How safe is your jewelry?
Our Baby Goddess line is made with the ultimate safety of our children in mind. As a parent, jewelry designer Hilary Eldridge understands the importance of designing safe items for our babies to wear. Each Baby Goddess necklace is adorned with a magnetic clasp to release in case of a hazardous situation.

I'd like to see The Goddess Within jewelry in person. Do you display your pieces in stores or at shows?
The majority of our sales come through our website. However, we occasionally show our jewelry at special events, trunk shows, etc. Check our “Events” page for a listing of our upcoming events.

How do I pay for my jewelry?
You will need to provide full payment at the time you place the order. We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

How safe is ordering online?
The Goddess Within online shopping cart is secure and safe. All registration and credit card information is handled securely by PayPal.

I've ordered my necklace. When will it arrive?
It takes approximately 10 to 14 business days to deliver your jewelry after we receive your order. We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay in shipment. Custom orders can take longer to process, depending on the style and availability of gemstones. Express orders are available. Please contact us for details.

Do you provide international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada . Please contact us for information on shipping to other international locations.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your jewelry within 48 hours and we'll refund your money.

Do you offer wholesale prices to retailers?
Yes, we do. Please contact us and mention you would like information on wholesale pricing. Please include your Company Name, Name, Email Address and Tax ID#.

How often do you introduce new designs on the site?
We add new designs to the website frequently. Check back often and sort by “What's New” or sign-up for our email updates and we'll let you know when we add new items.
